The term "Fight or flight" refers to a   physiological response that activates our sympathetic nervous system and releases adrenaline when confronting or escaping a threat. When stress hits, our bodies react: heart rates elevate, breathing accelerates, and blood rushes to our muscles—enabling us to perform at our peak under pressure, whether that's responding to an emergency or pushing through a tough workout.  Given the high demands of our professional and personal lives, proper hydration is not just important; it's essential for optimal performance.
