Hi, I'm Robby Ruesga, a Career Firefighter, Believer, Husband, and Dad. I want to let you know about Fight or Flight electrolytes. I wanted to create an electrolyte company that had clean ingredients and flavors that I enjoy. There are many electrolyte companies out there, some of which are very good and that I look up to. However, the majority of the products available are definitely not beneficial for our bodies. So, I wanted to create 'Fight or Flight.' It's a term that first responders use to describe the physiological response that triggers our sympathetic nervous system and releases adrenaline in response to confronting or escaping a threat. First responders don't have a flight option in the face of a life-threatening emergency. We are trained to stay in the fight and remain composed in any emergency or other dangerous situation we face. Our body’s increasing heart rate, breathing, and blood flow to our muscles enhance survival in stressful situations and during high-intensity workouts or training for the job. Electrolytes are not just for first responders; everyone should consume them, especially athletes and individuals engaging in outdoor activities. So, stay hydrated and get after it!
